Teamwork in Action at Outward Bound Corporate Challenge

Last Saturday (Jan 24), the management team of BPS Global Group participated in the Outward Bound Corporate Challenge 2025 and secured 13th place among 30 competing teams.

However, the significance of this event extended far beyond the final ranking. Through a series of challenging yet enjoyable activities, the experience further strengthened team cohesion and mutual trust. Prior to the start of the event, team members actively discussed strategies for each challenge, clarified roles and responsibilities and carefully listened to instructions and teammates’ input — aiming to complete every task in the most appropriate and effective manner.

Whether facing physical challenges or tasks requiring a high level of collaboration, every participant demonstrated full commitment and mutual support, clearly reflecting our core values of a “Can-Do Spirit” and “Teamwork.” This valuable experience has reinforced our belief that when a team shares the same direction and pace, it can move forward hand in hand with the company, going further and reaching higher.
