BPS Completed Deployment of Follow-Me Robots at Tuen Mun Logistics Centre | Optimising Warehouse Handling Processes and Automation

BPS Global Group recently completedthe deployment of two Follow-Me Robots for a well-known international B2Blogistics company at its 30,000 sq ft logistics centre in Tuen Mun. The projectreflects the Group’s continued commitment to advancing human-centricintelligent automation solutions, supporting the ongoing transformation ofmodern logistics operations.

Designed for high-density warehouseenvironments, the robots can operate flexibly within narrow aisles of just 750mm, effectively overcoming the space constraints faced by conventional materialhandling equipment. The solution can also be seamlessly integrated intoexisting warehouse layouts.

On the operational front, frontlinewarehouse staff are equipped with dedicated wearable wrist devices, enablingthe robots to automatically follow designated personnel and transport goodsfrom point to point. This human-robot collaboration model reduces manualhandling and repetitive walking, improving efficiency while easing physicalworkload.

Each robot supports a maximum payloadof up to 300 kg and can operate continuously for up to 9 hours, covering a fullwork shift. By optimising internal logistics flows, the solution helps savetime, enhance overall efficiency, and improve the working experience offrontline staff.

On-site mapping for the project wascompleted on 23 March 2026, after which the system was immediately put intooperation. This deployment demonstrates our capability to implement intelligentautomation solutions in real-world operational environments, while minimisingdisruption to daily operations.
